What it is
Jason Mineral Sunscreen SPF30 is a chemical free, fragrance free, physical sun block ideal to protect very sensitive skin from sun damage. The easy-to-rub in formula won't leave a white film on skin like most mineral sun screens do and is hypoallergenic making it ideal for sensitive skin. It is also safer for use on babies over six months of age. It's water resistant for 80min.

A blend of Chamomile and Marigold (Calendula) Extracts helps calm and soothe skin.
How to Use
Apply Jason Mineral Natural Sunscreen SPF30 liberally to all exposed areas 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months, consult your doctor.

Allergic reaction
After using this product my skin came out in red itchy & bumpy areas. I used this to try to keep away from chemicals in sunscreens but wish I hadn't bothered. I wasn't even in the sun, just trying it out on my arms and chest. Very disappointed. Ursula Geeson, Lincolnshire
Good budget buy
Ok, I have not long received this product. Money was tight recently & I didn't want to fork out £35 for my favourite SPF. I looked for a natural mineral sunscreen at an affordable price and I came across this. The other Jason sunscreens offer chemical protection however, this one is natural containing Zinc Oxide (14.5%) and Titanium Dioxide (2%). With the product containing such a high level of zinc oxide it provides very high protection against UVA and UVB rays. The product itself can feel quite heavy on the skin depending on how much you apply. A problem I had when applying this was that the water in the product separated from the sunscreen meaning I really had to rub the white patches to ensure my whole face was covered. At first I looked very white but literally 2 minutes later I looked fine (I have a fair skin tone) so this was not a problem. It may cause a problem for darker skins and men with facial hair. It does leave your face feeling a bit sticky throughout the day but this product gave me peace of mind that I was protected. This stickiness remained also when I went to wash my face a night. My face felt like it had a film on it and my cleanser would not foam up, it was difficult to remove. I would not recommend for people prone to breakouts. The sunscreen is also fragrance-free and contains several antioxidants and soothing agents; you can apply this to both the face and body. Overall this is a great sunscreen ingredients wise however, I would only use this on my body in the future not my face. This product would really benefit from being reformulated to ensure the water does not separate when applying and to also make it lighter in texture. If you are on a budget and you are looking for a mineral sunscreen then this may be for you. Scott Bentley, Birmingham

Daughter reacted badly
Just a word of warning on this product. I bought it specifically for my 5 year old daughter thinking that I was avoiding some of the nasty chemicals in other sun creams. However, after just two days of use she has ended up with bright red 'burnt' looking cheeks & chest. I don't know if this is a reaction or whether the cream actually made the effects of the sun worse and she has burnt. I really thought this product was an answer to what I have been looking for but I am afraid to use it again now. Rose, Cheshire
